About this event:

Scope Kaleido is known as the hatchet-faced polychromatic prince of the universe. His art is driven by a passion for self evolution, creation, and chaos. Scope is a self-taught artist that has been performing and doing makeup for about two years. He is keen on presenting flamboyant/glam masculinity and fantasy looks. At this workshop, you can follow along with Scope as he walks you through the process of character creation through the art of makeup. 

A suggested materials list will be sent out in advance of the workshop but don't worry if you are unable to acquire any of them - the library will have necessary supplies on hand and single-use or sanitized applicators.

This workshop is part of Performance Art Workshop Series for Teens. Teens can sign up for all of them or just the topics they are most interested in. Participants in the series will have the opportunity to perform in the Youth Pride Talent Show on Saturday, June 10th as a part of the Downtown Ithaca Pride Festival.
