Gentle stretching can help us develop better balance and flexibility. Sitting in a chair or standing close to it for support, we carefully move our bodies to build and maintain mobility and strength. These are relaxed classes, full of laughter and love. At the end of class we feel calm and relaxed with a sense of accomplishment.
Originally trained in Kundalini Yoga (in India), Caryn has been teaching yoga since 2006. Since that time she has continued her studies and received certifications to teach other styles of yoga. She is a certified Level 2 instructor and uses compassion and humor to share her knowledge with her students. She has been teaching Chair Yoga in this area for over a decade.
Each class includes mantra, breath, meditation and exercise to help us reach our highest potential. We have fun, work hard and relax.
