About this event:
The Tompkins County Public Library and Women in Computing at Cornell are teaming up to offer youth ages 12 – 18 the opportunity to build and race autonomous robot cars. Participants will have the opportunity to make a wall detecting Arduino robot and code in the C++ language. No coding or robotics experience needed to participate. TCPL and WICC will provide step-by-step tutorials throughout the program. WICC members and Cornell professors will also provide fun talks on STEM in careers and college. Registration is required to participate.
