Program Description

About this event:

Come join Kate weekly, and boost your mood in this light-hearted, dance-based, cardio fitness class. Enjoy fun moves to songs that span across multiple genres. All while getting your groove on, improving brain function, memory and recall! Plus burning calories in a positive, feel-good way! This class meets in-person and is for all levels of skill; due to space limitations, registration is required.


Kate A., Cardio Dance Instructor, is a Cookographer (Yes, you must ask me!), Bust-a-Mover, and all-around Boogie Enthusiast! 

Teaching locally since 2017 at the YMCA and Island Health and Fitness (2019). Kate brings her love of dance to the TCPL with her Bust-A-Move class; a collaboration with the YMCA of Ithaca and Tompkins County.
