About this event:
Are you between the ages of 8 and 108 and love playing board games? Then come join our board game club at TCPL! We meet in the Thaler/Howell Programming Room on Thursdays from 5 to 7pm. No registration is necessary, just drop in and join a game, meet our staff and some other board game enthusiasts. Our aim is to de-stress, socialize, learn some new skills and have fun!
We will have a stack of board games ranging from classics like Uno and Sorry! to newer games like King of Tokyo and Wingspan. Folks are welcome to bring their own games to play too!
New to playing board games? Don't worry, we will teach you to play games like Splendor, Abducktion, Really Loud Librarians, and many, many more!
Summer Reading at TCPL is made possible by the Bernard Carl and Shirley Rosen Library Fund of the Community Foundation of Tompkins County
