Join Cassie for half an hour of yoga on Tuesdays in July! Cassie has been a certified yoga instructor since 2010 and co-owns local fitness boutique Blackbird Studio. Cassie is a kind, gentle, and humorous instructor and she welcomes all levels of experience and fitness while providing an inclusive atmosphere. A yoga mat is ideal but not required. Props like pillows, an extra t-shirt, or a towel might be used during each class. Join the session early to chat and introduce yourself! We will learn the basics of yoga flow and stretch, as well as some restorative relaxation.
Participants must download the waiver form and email it to email@example.com at least 3 hours prior to their first session in order to receive the link to the Zoom classroom. During the sessions, cameras must be on for at least the beginning of the class in order to visually check-in for safety purposes.
