Formerly known as the Afterschool Language and Culture Program (ALCP). FLIP has introduced thousands of children in Upstate New York to world languages and cultures.

Drop-in open hours are back! Registration is no longer required. We still must adhere to room occupancy requirements (max. 10 people at a time), but do not anticipate this being an issue often.

Tompkins County Public Library, in partnership with the Cayuga Chamber Orchestra, will present a free concert for children and families.

Participants will be introduced to the basics of screenplay formatting and structure through writing exercises.

TCPL is inviting families to a weekly LEGO build night! Buckets of LEGO will be provided for participants to borrow for their builds. Participants will also have the opportunity to display their creations in the Youth Services section.
