The Mental Health Association in Tompkins County provides Mental Health First Aid courses to prepare our community with the knowledge and skills to help individuals who are developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.

Facilitated by psychotherapist and Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Anna Salamone, RN, LCSW, these sessions will encourage participants to shift out of "automatic pilot" mode and observe the workings of the mind, body
