Program Description

About this event:

Facilitated by psychotherapist and Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Anna Salamone, RN, LCSW, these sessions will encourage participants to shift out of "automatic pilot" mode and observe the workings of the mind, body, and emotions. Mindfulness practice has been touted as a means for reducing stress, improving attention, boosting the immune system, reducing emotional reactivity and promoting a general sense of health and well-being.

Please arrive by 12:10. Sessions are open to all.
