About this event:
This is an all-levels Slow Flow style yoga class, adaptable for people with different levels of fitness (it does involve sitting on a mat and standing up from the floor). Participants should bring a yoga mat if they have one, some are available for use at the class. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move and stretch in.
Kris has been finding joy in yoga for close to 10 years. She has found that yoga helps her find the calm in the center of her life and allows her to live more freely in her body. She recently completed a 200-hour teacher training in Vinyasa Flow yoga at Mighty Yoga in Ithaca.
Kris believes that yoga has something to offer all of us, at all stages of life and fitness, and she’s eager to help others explore yoga.
This is a series of four classes that can be taken individually. Registration is encouraged but not required.
