Mary Oliver Poetry Tribute

Join us for a tribute to the late poet, Mary Oliver.
 
You are invited to bring a favorite Mary Oliver poem to read aloud, and (if you wish) to briefly comment on what Mary’s poetry has meant to you.
 
When you arrive, sign up at the door if you want to share a poem. Or just join in as an audience member to appreciate the poems you will hear.
 
The first 30 attendees will receive a small gift at the door.
 
This event is co-hosted by TCPL staff and former Tompkins County Poet Laureate Zee Zahava.
 
Free. All are welcome.
 
NOTE: We anticipate that many people might bring the same poem to read. You might want to bring a few poems to have as back-up.
