Event Description

We will be holding a seminar for Tompkins County REALTORS to educate them on issues regarding flooding in the local community. We plan to have multiple speakers reviewing topics including but not limited to flood mapping, mortgage and lender requirements for flood insurance, legal issues for REALTORS related to flood disclosures, elevation certificates and flood map amendments, and NFIP flood insurance coverage and rating.
