Event Description

Ithaca Therapists Group (ITG) is volunteer organization. All local licensed therapists are able to join. ITG runs a list serve and organizes annually 3-4 presentations.

Description of this particular event:
Learn about the Creative Arts Therapies in an experiential presentation by Emily Walsh, LCAT, art therapist and Cheryl Delaney, LCAT, dance/movement therapist. After a short power point presentation on the use of creativity and the body in therapy, the group will be led in simple experiential exercises, followed by a question and answer session.

Gain tools to use in your own practice, and learn about the creative arts therapies both as an adjunct to talk therapy and as stand-alone modalities.
