Join Becca Harber as she walks you through a variety of natural ways to strengthen immunity. Some approaches include already existing elements of living, like sleep, food (including fermentation), beverages, exercise and time outdoors. Others include ways to reduce stress, Heart Breathing, medicinal herbs, and effects of natural and artificial light.
Becca Harber has been teaching about holistic health and herbal medicine since 1986. She is also available to lead wild edible and/or medicinal plant walks and give introductory talks about lyme disease to interested classes, families, organizations and others. Becca makes Red Eft Herb tinctures from plants she mostly sustainably wild-harvests or grows organically.
