About this event:
EFT is used to help people become free of unwanted patterns of behavior, feelings and reactions, and sometimes, physical problems. It involves creating and using a relevant affirmation for one's concern, tapping certain acupuncture points and another short process that can be done on your own. Becca learned EFT from Gary Craig's "Emotional Freedom Technique Handbook" and has used it for herself.
This workshop will demonstrate how to do the Emotional Freedom Technique and include time for participants to practice.
Becca Harber facilitates psychodrama groups; teaches about medicinal herbs, holistic health and Nonviolent Communication; makes Red Eft herbal tinctures; and writes, sings and dances in the community.
