A representative from Southern Tier 8, a regional planning and development board serving eight counties, will be speaking about the ARC grant program, available to nonprofit and public sector agencies in Tompkins, Cortland, Tioga, Broome, Delaware, Otsego, Schoharie, and Chenango Counties. https://southerntier8.org/
