Program Description

About this event:

Curator Nancy Green introduces participants to the special Johnson Museum exhibition "Women Making Their Mark" in this virtual lecture. Consider the art and design of women’s lives, from those whose work was often seen historically as craft, including quilts and embroidery and extending to ceramics and illustrated books, to a range of works from the collection by Judy Chicago, Georgia O’Keeffe, Faith Ringgold, Kara Walker, and others.
