May 1, 2023 is New Homeowners Day. To celebrate, please join us for a for a presentation where we can show you all the events you will encounter on your own journey towards homeownership. Buying a home is a marathon, not a sprint. Learn more about the steps and pathway to owning the home of your dreams. Materials and things covered in Steps to Homeownership are preparing for homeownership, setting a budget, saving for a home, tips on credit, finding the right realtor, applying for a mortgage, and finalizing an offer on a new home.
