About this event:

We got SNOWED OUT so this is the redo of this event! Valentines is over but we can make greeting cards for every day! Drop in, no registration required. We have many vintage looking letter blocks to print with in our vintage book press.

Artist Laura Rowley returns for another monthly series of drop-in art making experiences in the Makerspace! These events do not require registration, and are first-come first-served. Ages 12-15 are welcome with an adult, ages 16+ are welcome solo.

March 19th: Artist book or zine making. Learn a simple book binding method and enjoy creating an artist book using collage, drawing, and other mediums.

April 23rd: Paper-making for Earth Day. Using prepared cotton paper pulp, enjoy mixing in colors, seeds, and perhaps more to make one-of-a-kind recycled paper! Include seeds for a plantable wildflower paper.
