Has Your Tax Refund Been Withheld? Do You Owe the IRS Money? Are You Having Problems With the IRS? 

If so, you could get FREE legal help from the CORNELL LAW SCHOOL LOW-INCOME TAXPAYER LAW AND ACCOUNTING PRACTICUM funded in part by a grant from the IRS to help YOU resolve your tax issue for FREE. Types of things we do:

  • Represent People in Tax Court (deficiency notices, etc.)
  • Help with IRS Audits or Exams
  • Innocent Spouse Relief (get relief from a joint tax debt)
  • Injured Spouse Claims (get back your part of the tax refund)
  • Appeal Earned Income Tax Credit and Child Tax Credit Denials
  • Stop Tax Liens and Levies
  • Obtain refunds to which you are entitled
  • Employee/Independent Contractor Disputes
  • Resolve Collection of Tax Debts
