Please join us to commemorate the courageous, awe-inspiring graduates of the ICTC for the past 20 years.  Speakers include Judge John C. Rowley, co-founder of the ICTC, and Judge Richard M. Wallace, presiding judge of the ICTC.  Guests include past and present graduates, local service providers, and dedicated staff who have touched the hearts and minds of people in recovery in Tompkins County since 1997.  Dessert, coffee, laughter and tears!  Public is welcome! Borg Warner Room- 1PM to 3:30PM.
