Join Becca Harber as she walks you through a variety of healthful approaches  that include herbal remedies and supplements; helpful habits; effects of light, darkness, caffeine, alcohol and digital devices; the Emotional Freedom Technique and more. This talk will also summarize some of the important beneficial effects on our bodies and minds of regular natural sleep that is seven to eight hours nightly.

Becca Harber has been teaching about holistic health and herbal medicine since 1986. She is also available to lead wild edible and/or medicinal plant walks and give introductory talks about lyme disease to interested classes, families, organizations and others. Becca makes Red Eft Herb tinctures from plants she mostly sustainably wild-harvests or grows organically.
