Program Description

About this event:

Children ages 5 and up and their families are invited to a free science program co-hosted by Cornell Center for Materials Research (CCMR). This month, families will explore Bernoulli’s Principle by performing some fun demos and learning how planes are able to fly. They will then construct different types of airplanes (hoop and paper airplanes) and test how far they can get it to fly or stay in the air.

Please reserve your spot by contacting CCMR by email at ccmr_outreach@cornell.edu or by phone at (607) 592-4053. Drop-ins welcome if space allows.
