This panel will discuss the Bill of Rights: why they were added to the Constitution, what the process was for the first 10 amendments, and how new amendments are added, focusing on the Equal Rights Amendment.
Michael Dorf, Robert S. Stevens Professor of Law at Cornell University and co-author of On Reading the Constitution will lead the discussion.
