icircle Member Advisory Committee Meeting

We are a Managed Long Care (MLTC) Organization that serves eligible Medicaid recipients. Our main goal is to provide the necessary supports to enable a plan member to live as independently as possible, and for as long as possible in the community. Per DOH regulations all MLTCs are required to have at least one plan member serve on the board of directors. OR, icircle must plan and host Member Advisory Committee Meetings 2 times per year. The main objective for these meetings is to have a round-table discussion with our members so they feel comfortable sharing their feedback and ideas with us. The meeting will be a 1.5 hour discussion with a group of about 5 staff members, and up to 10 or so Medicaid Plan members.
