Preparing for our Transportation Future with Tim Papandreou: Emerging transport trends and rethinking our built environment. Free and open to the public. Co-hosted by the Center for Community Transportation (including Ithaca Carshare and Bike Walk Tompkins), the Ithaca-Tompkins County Transportation Council, Tompkins Consolidated Area Transit, the Downtown Ithaca Alliance, and Way2Go Transportation Education program. Timothy Papandreou is a recognized leader and pioneer integrating shared mobility, multimodal transportation, land-use planning, and automation, who dreams of cities liberated from 20th century transport issues. Currently CEO of Emerging Transport Advisors, he was the Chief Innovation Officer for the San Francisco Metropolitan Transportation Agency, and also worked on strategic partnerships at Google X and Waymo.
