Art of Participatory Leadership Community of Practice

The Food Bank in coordination with Park Foundation and the Community Foundation of Tompkins put on a 2.5 day training on the Art of Participatory Leadership 11/14-11/16. However, our last day was only partially attended due to a snow storm. This will be a make up session to help local non-profit staff and community members to better incorporate participatory practices in planning, decision making and program development.
