About this event:

In this workshop, we'll investigate how some poems balance vulnerability with optimism. We'll study how the poet successfully exploits image, music, voice, emotion, story, and rhetoric. Then, we'll experiment with these ideas in a short free-write. Participants will be encouraged to share if they choose.
