Program Description

About this event:

Join Becca Harber as she walk you through things we can do to increase the possibility of functioning and feeling better. Some subjects include food, movement, dealing with negative thinking, sleep and medicinal plants. The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which Becca has used to clear depression in herself, will be described and demonstrated. The EFT is used to clear old fears, self-destructive habits, some "physical" ailments, and other stuck emotional and physical patterns.

Clinical depression is not the focus of this workshop, yet some approaches may be beneficial.

Becca Harber has been teaching about holistic health and herbal medicine since 1986. She is also available to lead wild edible and/or medicinal plant walks and give introductory talks about lyme disease to interested classes, families, organizations and others. Becca makes Red Eft Herb tinctures from plants she mostly sustainably wild-harvests or grows organically.

This program is free and does not require registration. This program is the first part of a Holistic and Herbal series that will occur throughout February. Please contact Teresa Vadakin at tvadakin@tcpl.org for more information.
