Community Libraries Annual Report 2007

Beginning in January 2008, the Danby Community Library will change its hours of operation and its use of volunteers. The library will be open 11:30 am – 1:30 pm the first and third Saturdays and 1:30 pm – 3:30 pm the second and fourth Wednesdays. The open sign will be out at other times when volunteers are available. Another change will be that circulation will be of Danby-owned books and videos only, updated through donations, the Friends of the Tompkins County Library and a purchasing program for new materials. Additional volunteers are always needed. If interested, please call Patti Meyers at 277-4200 when the library is open.

You will not be able to return any books, etc. you borrowed  from Tompkins County Public Library or any of the other Finger Lakes Library System libraries to the Danby Community Library as of January 1, 2008.
