Superhero Saturday

Dust off your capes and brush up on your magic powers for Superhero Saturday, October 27 from 11:30 to Noon at the Tompkins County Public Library.

Children of all ages are invited to join us to share superhero-themed stories, prizes and an activity.

This program is free and open to the public. It will take place in the Library’s Borg Warner Community Meeting Room.
Superhero storytime has been made possible thanks to a grant from the Brooks Family Foundation.
A special thanks to the New Jersey State Library for their permission to use the Super Librarian graphic.

Hi Barbara,

Twenty five children and 20 adults attended this program. Kids arrived in superhero gear for great stories and a super craft.(superhero emblems) The stories were read and also projected on the large screen so the entire audience could enjoy the beautifully illustrated picture books.

If you would like more information, call the Youth Services Department at 607-272-4557 ext. 641.

Have a good day!
