The event will mark the beginning of the Tompkins County Public Library Foundation's annual appeal campaign. This year's chairperson is Carol U. Sisler, an author and expert on local history and member of the Tompkins County Public Library Foundation Board of Directors. The theme of the campaign is "Our Lively Library Lives!".
