Library Changes Borg Warner Booking Procedures
The Tompkins County Public Library Board of Trustees has made the following policy changes with regard to booking the Borg Warner Community Meeting Rooms.
Organizations and individuals do not need to submit pre-approval forms. A reservation request form is all that is needed to process the booking. The reservation form is available on-line at www.tcpl.org.
AV equipment fees will be charged on a per use basis; the annual fee of $50 has been eliminated.
No discounts will be provided to those booking the room on a regular annual basis.
Payment can be done via check or credit card; cash will no longer be accepted.
Bookings which are cancelled with less than 10 days notice will no longer result in a credit for future bookings.
The library’s Borg Warner community room is a heavily-used community service, available to profit and non-profit groups who are located in the Finger Lakes region. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
