Planned Giving:Your Lasting Gift

The Library Foundation offers many ways for patrons and community members to support the Library and its community service. Bequests and planned gifts are potential avenues of giving to the Library.

Planned Giving offers the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to our community. Lifetime income agreements, bequests, charitable lead trusts, living trusts, and life insurance gifts are all welcome.

Appreciated securities or bonds, real estate, corporate matching gifts, cash, jewelry or antiques can all fund a planned gift.

Gifts may be unrestricted, allowing the Library to use funds for specific programs, collection development, technological needs, and other purposes as they develop.

Gifts may also be designated or restricted for a particular purpose or department. Recognition of major gifts to the Library is an individual matter in which the needs and preferences of the donor are of prime importance.

The Library and Foundation Directors are happy to speak about personal recognition in a private appointment.
