New York State Sexual Harassment Laws with Robert. C. Whitaker, Jr., Esq.  On April 12, 2018, Governor Cuomo signed a bill into law that expands employers’ liability for sexual harassment, imposes restrictions on the settlement of claims, and establishes certain policy and training requirements.
